Shipping
- We ship from Rhode Island with USPS, and every order gets a tracking number.
- US: $X for one box, $Y for a set. Each extra box shipped in the same order costs $Z.
- International: calculated at checkout by weight and country. Import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
- Everything in one order ships in one package.
Pre-orders
You pay for a pre-order when you place it. The ship date is on the product page and in your confirmation email. If a print run is delayed, we’ll email you with the new date.
Damaged in transit
Email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the box and the package. If we have stock left, we’ll send a replacement. If we don’t, we’ll refund you.
Returns
You can return unused boxes in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless we made a mistake. Email us first so we know it’s coming.
Cancelling a pre-order
You can cancel for a full refund any time before the print run ships.
